We started selling Irish Gifts but as time went by, we have diversified by adding a range of other gifts from different parts of the UK and EU, now offering our customers a wide selection of gifts for every occasion.

Delivery: We use a variety of companies to despatch products including the Post Office, local and national couriers. Goods are despatched and delivered to most Irish and UK addresses including Isle of Man & Channel Isles within 7 days. Goods to Europe can take up to 12 days with the rest of the world taking anything from 10 - 24 days. Do bear in mind in most cases delays are caused by local Customs authorities. Orders are sent at buyer's risk. Customers who wish to have their orders insured in transit for damage and loss should contact us before ordering to obtain a quotation for insured delivery. Customers are required to keep any damaged items and packaging until given further instructions reclaiming for a replacement. Personalised items naturally take longer to arrive and we would ask all customers to wait 28 days before reporting non delivery. Returns: We hope all customers will be happy with all items ordered from us. We however give everyone 14 days from receipt of goods to examine these and if not happy return for a refund. Items should be returned unused and with all original packaging. The cost of returning goods for a refund is the responsibility of the customer.
